Where Vision Meets Precision
Lastop Construction has been building in New York and New Jersey since 1999. We take on work that demands both a designer’s eye and a builder’s discipline: Manhattan penthouses and brownstones, hotel renovations of 340 rooms, ground-up churches, and franchise and retail buildouts.
Medical and dental offices are a specialty. We build to clinical requirements that most contractors learn on the job, including X-ray room shielding.
We hold a Virginia Class A license (CBC/RBC, unlimited) along with licenses in New Jersey, Georgia and Alabama, so clients opening in more than one state work with a single contractor.
Our founder trained as an industrial designer before becoming a builder. That is why we catch on paper what other contractors find in the field.
